Urban Xen is the new teaching of this modern life. Whereby you need master ur health, weatlh and love life at the same time. Zen points out to enlightment being found in the present moment and all of its method are to wake the student up to the understanding. Xen points out to the modern way of life to live free(freedom of speech, freedom is choosing ur own religion....) , Work Hard and Play Harder that emphasize on strengthen the mind, body and spirit in the urban jungle.
